During February the TSC released Knowledge test handbooks as a study aid for drivers and aspiring drivers.  We have since seen a significant improvement in performance of those sitting the Knowledge with the overall pass rate more than doubling in the past few weeks.

We continue to encourage all existing drivers who need to pass the Knowledge to attempt the necessary modules as soon as possible so you have time to undertake training or gather additional information and attempt them again before your DA expires.

Make use of the fact you can now attempt each module twice every 3 months. If you are more than 3 months away from your current DA expiry, sit the test as soon as possible to give yourself the most chances to succeed.

Remember, attempting and failing the Knoweldge modules will NOT cause you to lose your accreditation until your DA expiry date.

Again, while the release of the Knowledge handbooks has helped both drivers and training providers better prepare for the Knowledge, we encourage all existing drivers to consider refresher training – speak to your network.
