On Monday 9 October 2017, the TSC announced that new low-cost taxi and hire car licences are now available following proclamation of the licensing changes in the CPVI Act 2017. If you are an accredited driver at this time, you will be able to apply for a low cost taxi licence without needing to obtain separate operator accreditation. To apply, you will need to download the application form online from the Taxi Services Commission.
