Enrollment Procedure

Course in Taxicare - Taxi Operator

Enrolment
Students wishing to enroll into the Course in Taxicare - Taxi Operator must present at the offices of the Victorian Taxi Association Inc.:

1. Two (2) current passport size colour photographs (see below);
2. 2 forms of photo ID; if you don't have a drivers certificate or accreditation; one of these forms of ID needs to be a passport;
3. Victorian Taxi Driver's Accreditation Certificate (if applicable);
4. Victorian Driver's Licence;
5. Australian Business Number (Tax Invoice) - optional;
6. Course Fees - To be paid at enrolment.

 Photographs
The two (2) photographs of you must be:

1. Not more than six months old;
2. A full front view of your head and shoulders without any head covering or tinted glass. If you wear a head covering for religious reasons, a photo showing your facial features will suffice.

Please note: Poor quality photographs and photographs from automatic machines will not be accepted

Payment - $1000.00 GST Inc.
The following methods of payment are accepted for Course Fees.  They are:

Debit Cards issued by institutions participating in the EFTPOS Scheme
Mastercard
Visacard
Cheques

Payments by cheque will be deemed to have been received once the funds have been transferred to TITV's Trust Account.  Fees and charges associated with clearances will be borne by the student.  Students cannot commence training until funds have been cleared.  Cheques to be made payable to:  TITV - Operator Training Trust

Course enrolments are received Monday - Friday (10.00am - 4.00pm)
