Course in Taxi Care-Taxi Operator

Taxi Industry Training Victoria (TITV), the wholly owned training subsidiary of the VTA delivers the Course in Taxicare-Taxi Operator in the State of Victoria. The Course has been customized to reflect current operational standards and regulatory responsibilities in Victoria.

To become a Licence Holder or Operator in the Metropolitan Melbourne area you need to meet certain requirements set down by the State Government of Victoria. The Course provides potential taxi-cab operators and licence holders with the knowledge, skills and business planning to manage their day-to-day operations and regulatory requirements in an effective manner.

The Course consists of unit of competence, which with the assessments, must be completed satisfactorily, in order to receive the qualification.

The unit Monitor and Manage Small Business Operations (BSBSMB405A) includes elements that are delivered and assessed throughout the program. They are;

  2. Implement Operational Strategies and Procedures
  3. Monitor Business Performance
  4. Review Business Operations
