If you are unhappy with the service you receive on matters
relating to driver behaviour, fare refusal, fraudelant transactions
or vehicle safety You can complain to the Victorian Taxi
Directorate (VTD)
The VTD will conduct an investigation into all complaints
received.
To assist the VTD in its investigations please ensure you have
noted the time and date of the incident along with the taxi number,
the four digit figure painted on the side of the taxi.
It also helps if you have your receipt from the trip taken.
