The Victorian Taxi-cab Industry carries some 47 million passengers each year. That's 27 million hirings annually.

With a fleet of more than 4,400 vehicles across Victoria the taxi-cab industry manages to play a key role in the economic and social fabric of Victoria as well as achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
