Services Customer Charter
The State Government in conjunction with the VTA and other
industry partners, has introduced a Customer Charter for taxi-cab
services in Victoria, the charter covers the rights and responsibilities
of taxi-cab passengers and drivers.

If you recently used a taxi-cab in Victoria and were happy with
the service provided by the driver or would like to compliment
the standard of driver or vehicle presentation, the Victorian
Taxi Directorate would be pleased to hear from you.

- taxi-cab
registration number (located on the number plate, dashboard
and outside near the rear door)
- Driver

taxi-cabs only)

company.
