Structure

Members elect/appoint the Council which elects the Executive Council. The Executive Council manages the affairs of the VTA.

Council

The Council provides a forum for the discussion of issues and practices as well as for the formulation of VTA policy.

Executive Council

The Executive Council controls and manages the business affairs of the VTA.
