At a time when we need to clearly demonstrate how far we have come as an industry over the last few years and our commitment to service standards, this issue still dominates complaints and customer dissatisfaction. If this behaviour was eliminated it would take with it a very large proportion of the complaints we receive. It is unacceptable behaviour not just because it is illegal, but also because of the damage it does to the public’s perception of our service.
